How to improve Education in 2 simple steps

To whichever politician currently in power who wants to stay there after having done something good for society:

1) Completely deregulate the market so that educational entrepreneurs can offer education at the level, quantity, and diversity that people want.

2) Stop offering and imposing state education that no one would freely demand, and return the money to the families so they can spend it on (1).
