Hi, I'm Ulises.

I enjoy being around people who do things.

Founders, designers, athletes, scientists, teachers, operators, and anyone who wakes up every morning trying to make something better than it was yesterday.

I care deeply about solving problems and creating useful things for others, whether they are small and practical or big and ambitious.

To me, entrepreneurship is not about starting companies. It's about making things possible.

The problems that interest me most are the ones that expand human potential.

I'm fascinated by technologies, institutions, and ideas that give people more freedom, more agency, and more opportunities to flourish.

I'm also drawn to beauty. Not only in products, but in services, organizations, experiences, and ideas. I believe beautiful things are an expression of care for others.

I learn a lot from founders and elite performers, but I also admire people whose names never appear in newspapers: parents, workers, teachers, and small business owners who quietly take responsibility for others every single day.

If you tell me you want to send a rocket to Saturn, I won't question whether it's possible. I'll ask, "How?" and try to help.

I believe that as human beings we need to work on things that move our hearts, things that make us grateful to be alive when we wake up each morning.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing football, doing CrossFit, reading books, and spending time with friends, family, and my Border Collie :)
